Location: We
will be located on the North side of the Pier in beautiful San Clemente.
We will have pop-ups located on the beach, north of the pier for sign
in and information along with one for shade during the clinic, and for
dryland surf instruction.

Parking: No parking will be provided for this event.
Hotels: There are many Hotels in the San Clemente area.
We are working on getting discounted rooms for our events. as those become
available we will let you post them in the updates section of this page

FUNdraiser - Please download a flyer, and on May 8th present it to your waiter at Pat & Oscar’s in Irvine. 20% of the proceeds will be donated to AmpSurf. There will also be a silent Auction, & tickets for a signed Kelly Slater surfboard which will be raffled off at AmpSurf’s Operation Restoration clinic in September.(click image to download flier) |

Goal: To encourage surfing
among those with disabilities. We need at least 10 participants to attend
this event. these will be disabled veterans, and local disabled with Traumatic
Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Amputees, Blind etc....
We really want to reach out to these individuals and help them enjoy the
rehabilitative power of the ocean and surfing.
Participants- Are encouraged to contact AmpSurf in
advance to make sure all efforts can be made to accommodate his/her disability.

The clinic is free to participants though a small deposit is required
to reserve your spot. This deposit is refundable at the end of the clinic
you sign up for, if you contact AmpSurf 2weeks prior of the clinic or
it can be turned into a donation to the program. Donations are always
appreciated. All donations will be used to help cover clinic fees, equipment,
and transportation. Surfing instruction will be provided by trained surf
instructors, and experienced surfers. These instructors will work with
each individual to meet his/her needs and abilities.
P lease bring with you the following items:
Swim suit
Towel
Sun Screen
Picture ID
Volunteers are needed. Ideally we need a two to one ratio
of volunteers to participants sometimes 4to1. If you’d like to volunteer,

program. If you would like to help out please bring a new unwrapped toy
(under $10) to the event and deposit it into the collection bin. We will
be doing this for all the events this year so if you forget to do it at
this one you can do it at another event during the year. We are hoping that
we can collect enough toys through the year to fill our new trailer.
