Veteran Sponsorship Program:

PARTICIPANTS
Thank you for being interested in taking advantage of this great program.
Ampsurf is proud to be able to help those who have given greatly serving
our country.Now we can not only can we help by showing them the healing
power of the ocean through adaptive surfing, but we can now help them in
being able to make it to our clinics. We have teamed up with other
organizations to offer those who have suffered an Amputation, Paraplegia,
Quadriplegia, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), or Blindness a grant to cover the
cost of getting to the clinic and lodging while at the clinic. If you have
suffered a different type of injury please still contact us, and we will
try and find a way to help you as well.

To take advantage of this program please Sign-Up Online. We
will then review your application and if you qualify we will send you
the necessary documents to apply for the available grants. Please
feel free to contact Ampsurf at participate@ampsurf.org with any
questions you may have and we will try to meet your needs.

Athlete Sponsorship Program:

PARTICIPANTS
Ampsurf is proud to be able to help those who have suffered the lose of a limb
and wish to keep striving to inspire others by competing in various events around
the country and the world. It is our goal this year to send at least six athletes to
compete in the WSA West coast Championships, and another six to compete at this
years Dukes Oceanfest in Hawaii.
